I designed and coordinated a study about LGBT youth of immigrant background living in Milan (Italy). Through informal face-to-face and online conversations, focus groups and participant observation, we collected stories and case studies about how they combine ethnicity with gender/sexuality. The study was conducted in collaboration with grassroots association Arcilesbica Zami Milano and Rete G2 - Seconde Generazioni, and in partnership with Sportello Trans, A.L.A. Milano Onlus.

I also gave my contribution to international students exchanges conducting activities involving more than 80 students at a time.

I worked as data collector for CIG Arcigay in the European survey “Sialon II” about HIV infection and sexual behavior among MSM (men who have sex with men). Data were collected from volunteers met in bars, discos, saunas and clubs through saliva sample and questionnaire.
