I have been fortunate to lead initiatives with tremendously talented people, resolving these challenges, for over 30 years.Technology success requires skilled assessment identifying problems, analysis crafting recommendations, survey adapting baseline product specification and delivery procedures, and planning integration and implementation for a complete solution. Every step of this cycle engages stakeholders, most importantly my customers. I have made a career following this discipline throughout very complex applications, with hundreds of successful outcomes.Organizations are individually complex , and when combined during a project including customer, vendor(s), and service provider, amplifies the technology adoption challenge. Establishing proven methods for definition, communication, and agreement BEFORE action is a cornerstone for execution success. Verbal and written forms of communication are my strengths along with leveraging many channels and techniques. Business development in today's world of technical complexity, competition, and risk aversion requires skills learned through experience, supplemented by constant new exposure, and most importantly by aligning with people of similar passion and superior knowledge and skills.
