I am responsible as a Shift Engineer for the followings activities:.- Achieve the production targets in a view of quality and cost- Supervision of all department of factory during the shift- Monitoring the plant behavior- Solution of any breakdown of plant- Plant data collection and summary of production calculations- Communication with Manager Production and General Manager (Works) regarding the performance of plant during the shift- Monitor and keep the record of all inventory of store during odd hours- Close field observation of plant and ccr operation and suggestions to improve its prevailing condition
