With a rich background in environmental management and a proven track record in various roles, I bring a unique blend of dedication, adaptability, and leadership to any team. My career began with a one-year tenure at the non-governmental organization called Community Action for Rural Development (CARD), where I honed my skills in community-focused initiatives.My journey into environmental management truly took off with CANAF, a Canadian mining company, where I served as an Environmental Officer from 2016 to 2019. During this period, working in the Jerehun, Baoma Chiefdom in the southern part of Sierra Leone, I developed a profound passion for nature and sustainability. My role involved ensuring environmental compliance and promoting sustainable practices, which laid the groundwork for my future endeavors in this field.Following the closure of CANAF, I transitioned to SOCFIN Agricultural Company as a Store Keeper. My hard work and innovative approach quickly earned me a promotion to Head of Store. From 2019 to 2022, I managed inventory operations and optimized supply chain processes, showcasing my ability to lead and improve operational efficiency.Eager to deepen my expertise, I pursued and recently completed a Master’s degree in Environmental Management and Quality Control. With this advanced education, I am now seeking new opportunities to leverage my skills and passion for environmental stewardship in a dynamic and impactful role.
