My leadership journey began in postgrad. I became increasingly enthusiastic about my learning, knowing each class brought me closer to my desired career path. Venturing into the field of clinical research within the healthcare industry was an incredibly fulfilling experience, revealing new ways to impact lives beyond the confines of a hospital. Medicine has always been both a calling and a privilege for me.In my current position, being affiliated with a prominent candidate in the realm of oncology and Immunology R&D is truly an honor. It provides me with the opportunity to contribute towards addressing the unmet needs of our patients and fostering a healthier world. Every day presents fresh opportunities to assist our GPM, COPH, SL, and Clinical Trial team (CTT) in innovating and operating more efficiently, and we take pride in the impact our research has on Clinical Trials.I firmly believe that curiosity fuels discovery, which is why I am deeply passionate about my work. My distinct skill set positions me to make an increasingly significant impact on global health in the future.I advocate for providing leadership and vision to the team to cultivate "leadership at all levels," enabling them to perform at the peak of excellence. I view leadership skills as the foundation of the competence pyramid, where every employee should embody leadership qualities.
