CurrentSupport Management In leading the E-Banking team to achieve department goals and operational excellence.In the absence of the E-Banking Manager, the Assistant Manager is expected to be fully capable of the E-Banking department, including our Online Banking customers and have the ability to adapt accordingly to meetGain a thorough knowledge of existing Online Banking products and services and keep up to date on all procedural, technology, product and process changes or updates.Bring out the best in the E-Banking teammates by providing training, coaching and motivating.Ensure all day-to-day activities comply with standards by observing and coaching teammates.Adhere to all operation, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.Expert in using digital resources and technologies to optimize customer digital banking experience.Complete all compliance Training and attend all continuing education programs related to position.Assist with Audits.Ensure both ACH and Debit card disputes are processed within Reg E guidelines.Review and approve both Domestic and International wires initiated through the Online BankingPortal.Responsible for ACH and RDC periodic reviews.Review and approve all temporary limit increase for ACH, RDC, Zelle, Debit Cards, Mobile andWires.Maintain effective customer relations.Monitor department workflow to ensure timely completion of departmental responsibilities.Responsible for completing monthly reports for Board meeting.Perform other duties as assigned.
