One of the most memorable experiences during my studies in interior design was when a fellow student said to me, «Marcel, you have a gift for persuading people with your concept, like a Proposal Pusher». That statement made me realize that my abilities extended beyond creating new designs; I possessed the skill to sell visions and ideas to clients.At Blocher Partners, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to refine my expertise in selling conceptual designs to clients across Asia. After my enriching year in India, I sought another venture that would allow me to continue on this path. That's when I discovered my calling in assisting a talented software engineer in building his PMS startup. This experience exposed me to a multitude of valuable lessons, ranging from identifying the perfect market fit to establishing a loyal customer base, resulting in an impressive NPS of 94.8. Through hard work and dedication, I swiftly rose from the position of Sales Manager to that of Co-Founder, all by the age of 25.Driven by a profound passion for crafting and selling captivating stories and visions, I am determined to utilize my motivation and the knowledge I have acquired to expand my horizons continually. My projects have always revolved around people, and my aspiration is to keep collaborating with exceptional individuals and teams to achieve even greater accomplishments.
