- Managed Azure Kubernetes clusters, cluster upgrades, and container registries used across multiple environments.- Collaborated with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and operations to ensure smooth delivery of projects.- Automate infrastructure deployments such as app services, compute resources, storage resources etc. and managements using Terraform, ARM template and Bicep.

Working on technically challenging areas of networking, compute, VMs and storage to resolve customer problems in a timely manner.- Troubleshoot issues relating to Windows and Linux server distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS).- Provide support via approved tools such as phone call, email and remote sessions.- Working with Azure IaaS technologies such as virtual machine (VMs), virtual machines scales set (VMSS), Azure key vault, ARM templates, Azure disk encryption (ADE), Azure Compute gallery.Storage resources such as Azure storage account, file shares, Azure file sync and networking resources.- Troubleshooting connectivity issues with RDP, SSH and performance issues on compute resources and storage resources.- Working with scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell, Azure CLI.- Teamwork, collaborating with other teams to troubleshoot issues and escalate cases to higher support like technical leads, subject matter Experts when needed.- Maintain documentation for all cases including queries, process steps and resolution consistent with customer commitment, prescribed protocols, and process.- Monitoring the queue and assigning incidents before missing response time SLA.
