Liaison and communication with several principal or manufacturer companies about the product and price and technical queries of Generators and Electrical Equipments.2) Team co-ordination of Generator sales team and reporting its to Top management.3) Generator or Power related Tender document preparation works.4) Expertise on Hard Copies Tender, E-Tender preperation and submission (International, National Tender).5) Customer handling and meeting with corporate clients for generator sales, etc.6) Propose substation to client as per their required load.7) Design and cost estimation for substation and switchgear Panel.8) Substation installation, testing & commissioning with all equipment.9) Transformer tests such as: (Ratio test, No load test, Vector group test, Insulation resistance test, etc.)10) Prepare SLD (Single Line Diagram) and ELD (Electrical Layout Diagram).

 Inspect & Conduct Electrical Safety & Fire Safety Assessment at RMG & Textile Industries as per compliance to ensure safety from fire hazard Collect On-load data (Voltage, Current, Power, Phase sequence, Thermograph picture) & Off-load data (Cable Insulation, Earth Resistance) and draw Single Line Diagram (SLD) to ensure the electrical system is balanced and working properly. Inspect and ensure that all Electrical/Mechanical Equipment’s (HT, LT Panel, Transformer, Switchgears, MDB, DB, Earthing system) in the supplier’s factories are as per set Compliance Standards. Ensure that set Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operation and maintenance of machines/equipment are followed by the Suppliers at their factories.f) Provide safety guidelines (use of PPE) to designated personnel before using electrical/mechanical equipment’s in supplier’s factories. Liaise and facilitate problem solving and decision making in any electrical/electronic/mechanical issues in audit process and factory development. Monitor supplier development closely and provide technical support when needed to ensure it meets Clients specifications/standards. Prepare Assessment reports and CAP (Corrective Action Plan) reports on a regular basis. Done QC Works (Re-verification & correction of Clients (WalMart, C&A, H&M, GAP, and Alliance) factory assessments reports). Analysis the factory findings and provide corrective action plans for factory development as per BNBC, BD Electricity Rule

As a Front Office Engineer I am responsible for the surveillance, preventive maintenance, escalation and first level restoration portion for transmission and BSS of the managed operation contract.1st level restoration: Need to check each and every down site is in under transmission issue or not. If have any transmission issue then find out the hardware or software related problem & its solution. If have any RBS related issue then find out the hardware or software related problem & its solution. Alarm monitoring:Have to receive each and every alarm from OSS (BSS, SoA, SOEM, T2000/U2000 and)Escalation and quarry full fill as per problem escalate to the FM or 2nd level support Communicate with 3rd party and coordinate  Have to full fill any kind of transmission related query from customer, project, field maintenance or 2nd level support team. Have to Prepared and send to initial Major Incident Report ER handling Trouble ticket creation Escalate to the proper group Resolve the Trouble ticket Closed the Trouble ticket Need to check each and every change request during its execution Need to check each and every planed activity request during its execution Need to check each and every worked order during its execution.Preventive maintenance:  Critical and major alarm finding from PDH and SDH link Critical and major alarm finding from HUAWEI MUX Weekly PDH and Bi-weekly SDH links RSL deviation data distribution and worked on worst links  Performance monitoring on both back bone and access links. Daily non-visible NE report both for SOEM and SoA. External Power alarm both ACCESS and BACK BONE sites. External power alarm for the particular HUB and POI sites.
