Promoted from the role of product manager to create a product design department handling interaction, visual design and production of all designs for the entire Orchard suite of products. ● Developed creative strategy, with a focus on supervising and mentoring team members to provide strategic insight and optimize processes leading to increased department output. Analyzed client usage data, conducted competitive research, identified partnership opportunities, and collected aggregated input from stakeholders and clients, ensuring consistent brand and user experience for clients. ● Conceptualized, led development efforts and launched redesigned version of The Orchard Workstation offering to entire client base. ● Recognized gap in engineering execution on front-end requirements and drove creation of new UI engineering group to evangelize accessibility, standards compliance and reusability of front-end code.
