In my capacity as the Manager of Corporate Human Resources at DBL Pharmaceuticals Ltd, I am entrusted with steering the organization's strategic human resources initiatives. Concurrently, I hold the position of Human Resources Management at LAXFO Electronics Ltd, showcasing my adeptness at managing multifaceted responsibilities in the HR domain. I have excellent proficiency in HR at all levels within the organization to support the organizational strategy, identify skill gaps, design employee development plans, acquire talent, resolve communications issues, and motivate individuals to optimal performance.
