1. Manage Home Depot qualified printers' daily performance, ensure they provide qualified and consistent products/service to both customers and Home Depot. Research and expand qualified printer pool, which provided THD suppliers more choices in business cooperation, also give better guarantee on packaging quality for THD.2. Review and improve packaging structure design with suppliers throughout programs, provide related requirement/guidance at early stage. For specific program, create packaging design and draw dieline based on requirement from merchant. 3. Brainstorm new idea on packaging structure/material, considering environmental to change EPS to EPE/paper pulb/corrugate/honey comb, wooden pallet to paper pallet, PVC to PET. New cushioning material like air tube. 4. Optimize targeted packaging system via packaging structure re-design/improvement, material change, right sizing. Via analyzing supply chain to conduct containerization improvement and distribute damage rate/Return-To-Vendor rate reduction. Specific example – Christmas Tree and light strings, light bulbs, worklights.5. Audit THD qualified printers and testing service providers(local and oversea) to ensure their continuous qualification to be recommended to our suppliers.7. Supported SOP and testing protocol improvement, clarified and completed specific requirement and successfully reduce packaging problems in mass production inspection.8. Join Product Line Review(PLR) with merchant, sourcing team and suppliers, provide packaging structure design ideas, review packaging created by suppliers and provide guidance, suggestions on Home Depot standpoint, meanwhile to have better sense and understanding on being selected products at early stage.9. Provide training to new joined suppliers, printers.
