• To create a design that fulfills a company or client's strategic goals while integrating the needs of marketing, sales and manufacturing departments. • To execute the new product transfer development project life cycles from concept stage to verification and validation and to manufacturing transfer and product launch.• To coordinate, and execute in continuous improvements projects, cost-down projects, and sustaining activities.• To execute in all required technical documentation works. • To provide technical supports to various departments including Production, Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing and Sales, in terms of engineering.

• To research, design, develop new product for various customer’s requests for medical disposable devices. • Responsible in machine design, fabrication, assembly, customization, troubleshooting. To provide engineering & technical support on all automation equipment. • To provide assembly & test support internally Responsible in design the operation processes and ensure the efficiency of process flow.• To initialize engineering change for quality improvement.• To pro-actively feedback on new products and support existing products to ensure overall product performance.
