Over 20 years of experience in the field of programme management, coordination on Rule of Law & Constitution Making Process in Nepal, Monitoring and Evaluation to the rural community based projects under the NGOs, INGOs with special focus on women empowerment, Gender and social inclusion as well as Legal Research. International experience (one year) with several European Organizations of Germany, Austria and Switzerland through the Training course on “Planning and Management for the Sustainable Regional development in the Mountain Region”. Extensive experience on GESI and Gender Based Violence (GBV) activities under the various project as facilitating Workshop, make presentation and prepare Action Plan in Natural Resource Management (NRM) & Development Sector. Extensive experience of managing Support Organizations (SOs) and Service Agencies (SAs) ensuring their qualitative performance.Experience in social mobilization process and extensive use of participatory approach to the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the rural development at community level.Experience in the field of legal research and advocacy program focusing on women & right based approach.Networking and knowledge sharing within the professional groups & organizations as well.
