Marketing Director
Current- Responsible for leading the marketing agenda for The Coca-Cola Company brand portfolio for the assigned territories. - Lead and develop the team of 6 direct reports.- Develop short and mid-term business/brand plans identifying business objectives, strategies, key initiatives and performance measurements by using insights collected from situation assessment, marketplace information, etc. in order to support the category and brand growth targets. - Drive alignment with all the key stakeholders on the marketing agenda, including portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans (objectives, investments, success metrics and activity calendars, including Innovation projects and Support Campaigns).- Identify opportunities that are currently untapped by the Company by leveraging consumer research in order to identify new growth areas. - Provide input on portfolio strategy, brand plans (activities, calendars, execution of allocated investment) and local innovation opportunities.- Participate and lead projects for the development of market-level innovation and integrated campaigns - Lead cross-functional teams on work assignments and tasks; provide direction and manage timeline milestones to achieve KPIs and desired objectives.
