Plans and manages the activities of 20 technically qualified and administrative staff who are responsible for the day to day running of Red Systems (Pty) Limited, generating a turnover of R6 million per annum in 1997.Contributes at main board level, to group policy decisions pertaining to strategic direction and core focus, capital expenditure and finance, marketing, human resources and information technology.
