As President of Improve Your IT and Charm City PC, I have spent time developing and implementing services for small to mid-sized businesses. All service packages are customized for each of our clients based on need and budget. A main focus is lowering IT costs while increasing reliability and capabilities. The Improve Your IT goal is to provide enterprise level support to organizations of all sizes. Charm City PC was started to pass that mission to residential customers looking for great service at a low cost. All Charm City employees also provide support to our corporate and non-profit clients as well.

As a Senior Technical Consultant, Scott was responsible for auditing client technology in order to resolve existing issues (i.e. business flow, disaster recovery, business continuity, etc.) as well as recommend areas of improvement to meet client and business needs for short and long term growth.

Scott joined ANALYSYS as a director of information technology to an ANALYSYS client with over three-hundred employees and twenty offices. Promoted to the position of Vice President in 2005, Scott was responsible for vision and oversight of ANALYSYS' technical services and operations. Scott was responsible for the 400% growth between 2005 and 2010 prior to the company being sold by developing service offerings, maintaining client relationships, managing staff and running day to day operations.
