Key Responsibilities: - MIS Procurement Lead. - Assist the company in maintaining robust, reliable, and efficient computer-based systems.- Prepare and carry out practical, tested contingency plans covering unexpected business interruptions.- Keep systems downtime to a minimum and ensure all systems are running to the standard appropriate for each user. - Monitor systems to make sure that staff is complying with the IT Manual to avoid misuse of systems.- Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.

Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.- Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.- Refer to the internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.- Ensure all issues are properly logged.

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business analysts and developers on software designs.- Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes.- Integrate individual software solutions to higher level systems.- Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desired results and performs debugging when necessary.- Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient.
