A description of a Few of my Projects:SCA – BCAS: Mechanical inspector ( Aug 2021 – Present )NYCHA – PNA: Mechanical inspector (May 2022 – Sept 2022)Scope of Work: The scope of work required theoretical and practical knowledge of the following mechanical systems. The knowledge of international building codes to verify the violations issued by the department of building. To see and report the hazardous conditions related to mechanical systems to keep occupants, buildings, and equipment with the most effective and efficient maintenance action to keep the building more energy efficient. To visually inspect the following systems to report the deficiencies and maintenance action. To find the condition rating on the basis of the life cycle, operations, and physical conditions • Energy Management system and Climate control system includes building management system (BMS), pneumatic system, and Electric systems e.g. Heat timers, Hybrid systems.• Electric motors and Variable frequency drives for mechanical equiments• Air Conditioning systems for Cooling including absorption chillers (steam, hydronic or gas-driven), Water Cooled Chillers, Air Cooled Chillers, Package Chillers, Rooftop Units, and Split Air conditioning Systems.• Heating system for space heating includes different types of steam boilers, modular boilers, and hydronic boilers.• Ventilation systems include heating and ventilating systems, unit ventilators, make-up air units, and exhaust fans.• Domestic hot water systems include different types of heat exchangers, Gas/Oil fire domestic water heaters, and electric water heaters.• Plumbing systems for hot and cold-water distribution, wastewater, vents, and storm piping.• Different types of Sprinkler systems as per NFPA 13 • Kitchen and culinary systems include hood fire suppression systems, gas systems, oven/range exhaust fans, and waste systems.• Conveying systems include Elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters, and ash hoists.• Trash compactor.

• Read the contract drawings provided by the owner or General Contract (GC) of the building• Prepare the Scope of work for entire project• Read and verify the shop drawing provided by the vendor• Communicate with design engineer of the project if there is any RFI or change order required as per field condition• Write the possible proposal on the basis of RFI and change order as per field condition• Check the project baseline schedule provided by the GC for detailed activities and deadlines• Work with the procurement team to buy the required HVAC equipment and material • Schedule and coordinate with vendors related to HVAC industry for materials• Release and schedule HVAC equipment deliveries• Write the proposal for subcontracts related to Ductworks, Steamfitting/piping, Testing Adjusting and Balancing (TAB), Insulation, and Testing Services and Cleaning.• Coordinate with inspection team for the preliminary and final commissioning• Visit site regularly to verify ductwork, piping and HVAV equipment installation is according to mechanical building codes.• Hold weekly meeting with supervisors to provide them technical understanding where required
