 Screening of the nutritional status of children under five and pregnant/lactating women in their designated location and coordinates and collaborates with mobile team leader and PHC in implementing follow-up from community outreach program and additionally ensures liaison with existing community structures, groups and individuals, women groups, religious leaders where possible. Ensure coordination and collaboration with mobile team leader and PHC in implementing the follow-up community outreach program (follow-up of absentees and specific “at risk” children) Refer all severely malnourished children that are very ill and cannot eat to the stabilization center.
