• Working on the field of insulation “water and Heat insulation “Foam and Bitumen. :• Develop, implement and communicate long term supply chain strategies globally in tune with overall long-term plans of the group for specific materials, products and services.• Establish annual goals and objectives for the Procurement team in coordination with corporate objectives and manage performance to ensure attainment of the department budgets.• Develop and maintain periodic forecasts (volume and price) for suppliers and also for internal communication and direct the activities of all functions involved in purchasing, planning and control of materials.• Establish and implement globally accepted standard processes for the Supply Chain team to optimize the value of the entire Procurement department and supervise Logistics. Creating a world class material management for the group thereby maximizing customer satisfaction at lowest possible cost.• Proper communication with vendors on pricing, availability, delivery terms, payment terms and so on, as required for either local inventory or direct deliveries to the clients, including skillful negotiation with vendors to land profitable deals.• Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with the head of the other departments.• Coordinates and evaluates the different activities of Purchasing and recommends action and controls to ensure efficiency.

• 2001 until 2014 , I was working in the procurement and purchasing department as below : • Analyze the supplier's data, spending, and apply Pareto principle. • Check the capability of suppliers. • Issue the sourcing strategy. • Sending RFI to the selected suppliers. • Sending RFQ to the selected suppliers using cost breakdown form. • Study the offers; check the material cost, the process, labor cost. • Starting the negotiation with suppliers, first, second and third loop. • Align with all cross function team and issue the sourcing board. • Allocate the business for the approved suppliers. • Issue the agreement according to the policy, negotiated terms and conditions, payment term, penalty and lead time. • Follow up, starting from issuing the orders until, logistic issue, receiving goods, supplier payment. Claim if found. • Generating the new activity to achieve the target savings. • Issue 12 months plan. • Review 12 months plans on monthly basis. • Declare the official 12 months plan every quarter against the budget EA1, EA2, EA3.
