Synthesized key themes and lessons from various sources and incorporated them into program design and policy recommendations. Led the design of security assessment and prevention program in Tanzania; Duties include conducting underlying security assessments, analyzing root drivers of instability, and assessing community vulnerability to violent extremism and radicalization. Using this analysis to inform program design and implementation strategies. task includes participating in the creation of a USIP assessment tool kit that combines justice and security tools and a unique countering violent extremism (CVE) methodology.Coordinated for nine training workshops with the objective of improving community stabilization and peaceful dialogue. The duties included selecting and coordinating with local six non-government agency and partners and 480 local participants, developing training context, and providing technical support. Supported USIP’s Sudan initiatives, especially coordination and mainstream communication between regional partner in Gambia and local partners in Sudan. Conducting a Sudan partnership engagement assessment and support country legal framework analysis in area of Sexual and gender base Violent (SGBV) and conflict in Sudan. Participated in carring out a field research in the Central African Republic aimed at the provision of policy recommendations for US policy makers regarding root causes of protracted ethno-religious conflict in the country.
