• Responsible for end to end Recruitment process.• Handling Clients.• Understating client’s requirement and accordingly sourcing resumes.• Working on Pan India as well as International requirements.• Sourcing the candidates form different job portals like Naukri.com, Indeed, LinkedIn.• Handling NON IT and IT Recruitment.• Job posting.• Mass Mails.• Screening profiles.• Evaluating profiles.• Coordinating with the client for resume shortlisting.• Conducting interviews, following up on the interview process status with clients and candidates.• Post interview follow up with the clients and candidates.• Maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.• Handling post selection activities.• Managing reports. (Weekly and Monthly)
