Through UCLA's Institute of the Environment and Sustainability.-Implemented a rainwater capture system on UCLA’s campus, consisting of up to 7 tanks holding 4,100 gallons each.-Drafted engineering plans for the system, including pumps, pipes, valves, and a hydrodynamic separator.- Presented proposal in a grant hearing and received $80,000 in funding.-Researched the potentials for reuse of the captured water and the water quality standards that must be met.
