My role at DECA Inc. as the Director of Training honed my competencies, particularly in succession planning and developing diverse training strategies for over 140 members across multiple specialties.My tenure as Team Captain and Coach for the Ontario Justice Education Network, where I led teams to success, reflects my commitment to mentorship and excellence.
