My passion lies in navigating the complex path of building world-class projects in the San Francisco Bay Area – balancing high-value design solutions, stakeholder interests, and local community needs. I’ve spearheaded development projects that have become a showcase of inclusivity, sustainability, and forward-thinking design in our communities. My portfolio of work consists of projects totaling more than 1 billion construction dollars to date. In Oakland, I oversee large-scale development projects, such as 1100 Broadway and Eastline, which are slated to bring over two million square feet of class A office, retail, and community space to the downtown area. I recently oversaw the design and construction of the recently completed, award-winning NVIDIA headquarters in Santa Clara and the Assembly at North First project in San Jose. I love to challenge our teams to align community needs with office market conditions. As a result, our projects have engaged the community from inception and after completion, resulting in built workplace and mixed-used environments enjoyed by many. I hold a Masters in Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA. I currently live in Oakland with my wife and two daughters.
