I am a seasoned business executive with over 12 years of experience in various business functions, including business strategy, supply chain/operations, manufacturing, and analytics. My expertise lies in solving unstructured business problems to create value for a company and its customers. I have realized the importance of an integrated view in solving business problems, which has helped me solve many cross-functional strategic issues for my clients.Recently, I have been involved in three specific areas within the healthcare industry where my colleagues and clients have admired my work and involved me as an SME. These areas are commercial launch planning and excellence, supply chain management, and insights and analytics.Commercial launch planning and excellence is a rigorous process that starts 18-24 months before the launch date. I have helped my clients set up the launch plan/program for each function, including key strategic choices and highly cross-functional activities. I have also led launch programs side by side with the client team to mitigate all the risks and deliver successful launches. Recently, I have been helping clients set up launch excellence capabilities internally to be more cost-efficient for future launches.Supply chain management has always been close to my heart since my early engineering days. I enjoy this area because it challenges me to stay efficient and effective in shipping the right product at the right time without stock out. I help clients manage S&OP, and supply/demand planning process. In addition, I have spent time with clients to make the supply/demand planning process more efficient by setting up ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP. Moreover, my experience in manufacturing industry implementing lean, six-sigma and Toyota production system helps me better understand the manufacturing and supply chain challenges and potential solutions.In the Insights and Analytics area, I help clients deliver their insights and analytics organization's strategy by implementing best-in-class analytics operating models.
