CurrentAt Insense, we help marketers scale their UGC and influencer marketing efforts and grow revenue through creators. We offer both a self-service platform and a full-service agency for brands seeking end-to-end solutions.Since joining Insense in 2020 as the first team member on the US market, I’ve led our journey from an early-stage business to a high-growth company with a strong marketing, sales, and customer experience engine.Initially responsible for both sales and customer success, I identified that our customers were coming to us for user-generated and influencer content—insights that reshaped our approach. This shift, combined with the growing digital demand during the pandemic, led to rapid expansion.Over the past few years, I’ve built and scaled our marketing, sales, and customer success teams, driving consistent revenue growth through both customer acquisition and retention. Less than two years ago, we also began developing agency services to provide end-to-end solutions for clients seeking full-service UGC and influencer marketing. I developed an inbound lead generation engine, coached our sales team to close deals across diverse product offerings, and continuously refined our messaging and positioning based on customer feedback.Today, I lead our business teams across both the SaaS self-service platform and agency services, focusing on driving revenue and growing profitability for the company.
