• Maintains and receiving requirements from employers to recruits and selects employees to fill vacant positions. • Placing ads vacant posts on the employment sites on the basis of the job description for each job • Screening CV’s / resumes, Attract, Interview, assess candidates using tools and Achieve operational delivery of the annual recruitment targets. • Make phone interview with the candidates for the job and set a date for the first Interview. • Determine the second or technical interview with the candidates who accepted in the first interview in the company or one of the Cairo’s hotels. The candidates who accepted in the second interview be transferred to the implementation section.
