About Manary Villalobos-Spencer

Hello! I am a Business Administration graduate from Cal State San Marcos with 18 years experience in the restaurant industry. Five of those years were as the general manager of a family-owned small business.The last 2 years have been as a staff accountant at Pacific Accounting where most of our clients were restaurants, bars, and clubs. After 18 years in the industry, I have decided that I am ready to transition to a career in Administrative Healthcare, specifically in Medical Coding. I have successfully completed the Administrative Medical Assistant training program at Grossmont College's Health Occupations Center in Santee, CA, where I took medical terminology, anatomy, and EHR management courses. I am currently enrolled in AAPC's CPC Certification program.When I am not actively seeking work and going to school, I enjoy volunteering my time to keeping my community clean through beach and park clean ups.
