Role: Supervising Stores operation at Project Site,i.e Indent,issue,receipts and transfer of materials and monitoring SAP entries of the same with monthly and periodically physical verification of stock. Maintaining the project MIS.  Correspondence with client and payment follow-up.  Maintaining Staff attendance, Leave & handling grievances Maintaining Guest House, Vehicles and hygiene of food.  Petty Cash & Bank entries in SAP and also management of Fixed Assets.

• Handling Accounting function of NRLM Project-East (National Rural Livelihood Mission under Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India), Other Skill Development Projects of Govt. and CSR Projects of Different Corporate Companies. , viz Employee & Vendor Accounting through Tally ERP Packages, Checking & Verification of all Beneficiaries Dockets, Handholding Allowance payable to Beneficiaries and Tracking of Payments & Expenses.• Various Accounts and Verification Reporting of the Region as per Schedule. • Tracking of Project wise Expenses• Calculation of Monthly Revenue and processing of Billing of Different Projects.• Preparation of Monthly and yearly National Cost Centre wise profitability analysis.

• Handling all Accounting function independently at the Regional level viz. Billing , Collection, Employee Accounting, Vendor Accounting through SAP R/3 with all the reconciliation, Bank Interface, Cash & Expense Control for the all business verticals of NIS Eastern Region as well support to H.O. Accounts for Accounts Closing, various reconciliation & Audit. • Accounts & Business Commercial Reporting of Region as per schedule• Interact with Customer at various locations across eastern zone to clear all collection & TDS Certificates.
