I am a SeniorTechnical Manager at Vesuvius India & South East Asia, a leading global provider of refractory products and services for the steel and iron industry. I have a B.Tech(H) degree in Production & Industrial Engineering from National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur, one of the premier engineering institutes in India. My core competencies include new product launch and evaluation, product performance benchmarking, technical training, and business development.In my current role, I work with various customers across the region, such as AMNS, SAIL Bokaro and Tata Steel , to deliver innovative and customized solutions for their flow control, advanced refractory, and melting and refining needs. I am responsible for initiating and resolving customer corrective action reports, raising request for quotation for new products, and conducting trials and assessments of new products at the sites. I also provide technical training to contract managers and develop new business opportunities. I am motivated by the challenge of accelerating technological differentiation and enhancing application excellence for Vesuvius and its customers.
