 Work in close coordination with Mission Director of NHM, state and National NCD team and national Technical Support Unit for scaling and implementation of NCD Program. Provide technical and strategic leadership, administrative and managerial oversight and monitoring throughout project implementation in 15 districts of Non communicable Diseases (NCD) Program at Odisha. Handling the day-to-day project activities, scope and changes, procuring adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes and project team meetings. Tackling issues, risks and dependencies to mitigate impact to critical path deliverables Defining success criteria, monitor, track and control outcomes throughout the project lifecycle. Creating project flows and documentations, Monitoring team and maintaining work reports. Knowledge of development processes and methodologies. Being a bridge between clients requirements and developers understanding. Good technical knowledge and experience in delivering IT solutions, providing comprehensive technical advice and understanding user requirements Collaborate with other departments like mission Shakti, Odisha livelihood Mission (OLM), agriculture, education at the district level for community awareness.  To Facilitate quality training of ANM, ASHA and NCD counsellor & other staffs on the community level interventions for NCD five diseases like Hypertension, Diabetes, Oral cancer, Brest cancer & cervical cancer.  To visit Sub centre (SC), Primary Health centre (PHC), & Community Health Centre (CHC), implementation of NCD services in health and wellness centre (HWC).  To Monitoring of the Programme through review meetings on furnished the data District wise, block, PHC & Sub centre wise status of NCD individual screening, referral case & treatment status concern District.  To provide concern District dashboard of indicators developed through NCD app. HMIS and field observations.
