 Recruitment of Workers & Staff from different Sources as per Project Requirement Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis Grievance handling & Disciplinary actions Developing the culture of Reward and Recognition inside the project Setting up training calendar in consultation with corporate office with respect to each department‘s requirements and Based on Dyadic Discussion made Ensure consistent application & implementation of company polici Providing all possible welfare measures to staff as well as workforce Maintaining Employees database and ensuring completion of personal file. Monitoring and control the Staff canteen &handling of Staff transportation and accommodation. Managing Event by organizing Function, Get-together, meets and picnic & sports for staff recreation. Liasioning with Government Authorities such as Factory Inspector, Provident Fund, ESIC, Industrial Safety & Health, Grampanchayat, State & Central Labour Department, and Employment Exchange, local as well district police authorities and other Local Authorities as per requirement of Project. Maintaining all Statutory paper relates our Sub contractors like Gate pass, Employment Card ,Muster roll , Wage Register and all other records applicable to state as well Central governmental as per the contract labour regulation and abolition Act-1970 and also other act as applicable Preparing daily manpower report for corporate office, Attrition & Turn- Over analysis Report on monthly and Yearly basis, KRA updating Skills matrix. Coordinating with self, peer & superior for performance appraisal and help all site level employee in feeling the appraisal and finally review along with the Project Manager and freeze it for corporate for final processing and Evaluation.  Preparation of Salary for the project roll employee, creating salary statement in regards to the working days and paid leave.
