I along with a couple of like minded people established The Change Makers Charitable Foundation (TCMCF) in 2019 with an aim to develop human capital and promote sustainable farm practices.The not for profit organization promotes Organic and IPM cultivation practices with the registered farmers and link them with various National and International buyers/brands.In a short span of time the organization has partnered with 12,000 farmers through contract farming in the states of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. These farmers follow the accepted Package of Practices and are ably supported and monitored by a team of agronomists. The produce necessarily comply with the the food of European Union and USFDA. TCMCF through long term association, currently supplies agri commodities to 7 buyers of international repute and supports 17,000 member farmers of 14 different farmer collectives in the form of cooperatives and FPOs.At TCMCF, I look to further strengthen the Contract Farming and venture into the arena of processing of aromatic plants.
