• Managing all the financial activities of the clients while strategically defining the financial objectives and designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial controls.• Debtors Reconciliation.• Review of over-due collections.• Review of branch expenses• Entrusted with the task of billing after service provided by the engineers , ensure the service bill amount is received & tracking the record of purchase order issued to vendors.• Responsible for outstanding tracking, expenditure projection, validating corporate credit invoices, corporate customer collection, vendor payment approval for releasing payment, Ledger Scrutiny, balance confirmation from debtor, reconciliation of account with vendors, preparation & issue of purchase order to the vendor.
