The main objective of this core Marketing & Branding function was to ensure all group entities of Ampersand Group position their Key USP’s in the market and thus attract new customers, growing their respective existing businesses and thus achieve the organization’s next 5 years growth strategy goals. The third part of my role consisted of customer (parent)service, improving stakeholder experience and related innovations to ensure we are able to reduce customer attrition, increase business share through referrals, thus improving the overall EBITA margins by optimizing costs and efforts.I managed a circa 15 CR Marketing Budget and related P&L, leading an extremely talented and committed team of more than 300 professionals specializing in Sales , Marketing, Business Development, Customer service and Experience as well as Core Analytics (MIS) across 14 locations in India .
