My job was involved into successfully reviewing the job descriptions ,understanding the needs of the hiring manager as well as to ask questions that’ll help them to identify the right candidate(s).This is by far the most important skill as technical recruiter.Understanding technology, technical roles and technical skills.Learn and evaluate candidate(s) technical skills.Identifying the right candidate(s) for Sourcing and uncovering them.Screening : Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job descriptionInterviewing : Meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc to assess their qualifications.Following up : Keeping candidates in the loop. This goes a long way in building credibility and keep candidate(s) either coming back to me or sending referrals to me.
