I evaluate multiple sales growth channels (both inbound & outbound) and discover newer distribution channels. I focus on maximizing ROI from each channel by data-driven insights. This includes refining our ideal customer profile (ICP) and experimenting with offerings, pricing, and delivery processes.On personal front, I am a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology – Jalandhar (NIT – Jalandhar).
