I started woking as a article clerk, gradually the scope of operation got big and i used to work for 12 hours a day , during my training I conducted around 6 to 7 statutory audits of Nationalized banks. There I learnt how actually bank operates we used to find as many loopholes in working system of banks by looking at their CBS and paper work. During the work experience I actively participated in how IC are being managed and how to build hierarchy so that proper management and distribution of work can be conducted.
