Dear Connections,My name is Manash Saha and my qualification is Diploma in Electrical Engineering.l am working as a Hardware Testing Technician at Centum Electronics LTD in Screening and testing department. Looking for a challenging roll. I have very good experience in hardware testing,troubleshooting, failure analysis & debugging of Electronics , Aerospace and Defense modules as per various Military process.l aslo have experience of Screening process flow which includes Visual inspection , Functional Testing, Environmental testing, Reliability testing and Mechanical testing.Testing of different types of Active ,passive components and IC’S from Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre(VSSC) which are used in power modules like DC-DC converter.Good in handling of all types of environmental chambers E.g. Thermo Vacuum, Temperature cycling , Active Temperature cycling, Fine leak, Shock Test , Leak Detectors and Burn-in chambers. Programming of Temperature cycling chambers.Then I have experience of Test jigs & Burn-in jigs or Burn-in boards validation and setup verification. Test jigs & harness making, modification & Troubleshooting. Significant experience in qualifying new part numbers, Test jigs and Burn-in boards from new/existing suppliers. Good at documentation of testing and Screened Devices, interacting with customers of products related issues and does on time delivery without compromising in quality of the products. Maintaining and managing the Process Planning Control (PPC). Preparation of Test formats, test reports and testing procedures.
