Having studied and worked in the USA for Fortune 100 companies have provided me with valuable experience in how to handle diversified teams and how to convert them into high-performing team. Having been trained in the Shingo Model of Operational excellence- I have been successfully able to drive the different locations toward the journey of Business Excellence. The ability to communicate clearly and objectively to the Top Management, Middle Management, and Shopfloor workforce has helped me in driving sustainable changes in multiple locations. My ability to understand different cultures, diversity and multiple generations have helped me to develop high-performing teams. I have successfully conducted more than 80 improvement workshops of Jishuken, Cycle time reduction, layout optimization, better material flow, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, OEE improvement, TPM, SMED, Leader Standard Work, Line Balancing and Policy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri). I consider myself to be a lifelong learner of new tools and techniques i.e. continuously learning and deploying the new knowledge. I am constantly experimenting with hybrid improvement techniques that are a mix of traditional lean tools along with new techniques of data analysis (Power BI) in the locations to improve the output per person.Currently responsible for lean transformation in 16 locations spread across the globe.Working with the International team spreading from Mexico to the Philippines, India, Hungry and China. The proven track record for establishing lean concepts across the plant resulted in Million Euros of saving. Have trained more than 100 - young engineers from Industrial Engineering and Electronic engineers on the concepts of Lean Admin.
