Worked on multiple projects aiming to decipher the role of dendritic cell (DC) CTLA-4 in tumor progression.- Development of a murine model heterologous for DC-CTLA-4 expression (CTLA-4WT/fl Cre+).- Comparing intratumoral immune populations in WT v/s CTLA-4WT/fl Cre+ mice.- Breeding and screening of DC-CTLA-4 conditional knockout mice.Studied the role of a unique CAR-T cell subset in a murine model of pancreatic cancer.

Meet with pre-health students to answer questions, such as those regarding scheduling classes and meeting prerequisites for graduate schools. Monitor drop-in advising sessions and update personal availability for students to schedule advising meetings.

Research how criterion manipulations affect recall of participants who experience a controlled live stressful event. Run participants, review transcriptions, and organize criteria for qualitative coding. Piloted numerous other projects within the Miller Memory Lab.

Shadow physicians, physician assistants, and clinical pharmacists as they conduct daily duties within the hospital (examining patients, consulting other members of the healthcare team, complete paperwork, etc.).
