 Act as liaison between business and tech team to refine the product and incorporate features based on market demands. Product road mapping, backlog and release planning. Project Planning with requirement gathering and basic documentation like module questionnaire, go live approval sheets and UI wireframes. Project handling on JIRA & Task plan. Maintaining agility for product by intercommunication with team. Designed “Payworld Eco-system Diagram” for end to end journey. Swim lane Diagrams for system services Maintaining aging sheet for tasks. Sprint management for individual task.

Responsibilities=>Generate employment opportunities for students and alumni by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships.=>Help students identify employment options that match their career interests. Assist students in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques and job referrals.=>Determine all required placement requirements and assist all apprentice participants to exchange all information appropriately.=>Maintain knowledge on all requirements to facilitate efficient working of company.=>Promote all placements of graduates to various prospective employers through phone, email and fax.=>Conduct orientation programs for all new students and ensure optimal utilization of all resources.=>Prepare all data and perform surveys for various team members through accreditation boards.=>Administer and provide assistance to all annual enrollment processes and prepare placement reports and facilitate in community participation.
