Currently serving as a guest lecturer for the Business Laws and Taxation course under the Design, Business, and Technology Management (DBTM) program, an international program under the Faculty of Architecture and Planning at Thammasat University. Responsible for teaching key subjects including Commercial Contracts, Business Organization, Introduction to Thai Regulators, and Introduction to Thai Intellectual Property. Attorney-at-law in the Intellectual Property Enforcement Department (IPE)- Primary responsible for litigation matters related to Intellectual Property, including cases concerning Trademark, Copyright, Patent, Licensing agreement, Trade name, Trade secret, and other related issues.- Handling trademark prosecution tasks from filing of trademark application, response to the office action, until mark is registered. Currently handling a trademark portfolio of more than 1,000 marks of owners from anywhere around the world including owners from USA, EU, Japan, Korea, China, Thailand, and other countries.- Managing Trademark opposition and cancellation cases for the client at the Registrar stage, Board of Trademarks stage and at the Court level. - Coordinating with Regulatory affairs department, and handling cases relating to Food and Drug administration. Contacting and liaising with FDA and Department of Health to settle any dispute that may arise from relevant laws and regulations. - Handling any potential legal issues regarding Administrative procedure and laws, including answering to legal queries, appealing with administrative authorities and filing a Court cases at the Administrative Court. - Providing legal advice on several legal issues both IP and non-IP issues related to Thailand and abroad.

Junior Associate in Dispute Resolution Team (DRT) - Providing supporting duties including document preparation, case analysis, enforcement and legal advice. - Handling litigation matters for the firm, and act as a primary contact between the Court and the Firm.- Negotiating with possible infringer prior to the lawsuit.- Drafting the Cease and Desist letter, the letter of undertaking and other relevant legal documents.- Providing the service of legal and technical document translation (Thai to English and English to Thai).
