• Serve as the first point of contact for US employees for leave, disability, and accommodation-related questions (both call and chat).• Take ownership of employee contacts ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of customer focus.• Handling sensitive and confidential information like employee’s health conditions and maintaining security.• Resolve queries by referring to documentation such as frequently asked questions and standard operating procedures and escalate when these cannot be resolved.• Check and correct employees’ timecard.• Track vacation, sick, personal time, Short term disability (STD) and Long-term disability (LTD) payments.• Make corrections in payroll and clarifying the doubts regarding the pay checks of employees.• Promote and educate about self-service.

• Initial receipt, database searches as necessary.• Registry and triage of incoming cases to determine seriousness forprioritization of daily workflow. Completion of literature searches asnecessary.• Completion of case processing (case data entry, labelling, approvalnumbers, manual coding, and narrative writing) and quality review.• Clarification of unclear or illegible information from the Local Safety Officerdiscuss source documents, coding conventions and ad-hoc queries withpharmacovigilance physician.• Request admin edits/deletion request as necessary.• Single case unblinding.• ISA, Operational and Regional mailbox handling.• Participate in continuous improvement of project specific processes andprocedures by identifying and implementing efficiencies in workflow and/orcase processing and bring them to the attention of Manager, Build a positive,collaborative team environment, provide training and mentoring for lessexperienced team members.• Attend project team meetings and provide feedback on anychallenges/issues or successes.• Mentoring the new joiners Standard operating procedures, work instructionsand guidelines department guidance documents, MedDRA coding dictionaryand MedDRA points to consider.• Understand relevant safety implications regarding contracts with operatingcompanies and marketing partners review and make suggestions for system.and procedure enhancements.• Processes and Procedures Continuing awareness of company proceduresand guidelines to maintain regulatory compliance.• Participation in audit interview.
