Social Media and customer engagement has been key behind this success. CRUT has fetched five Urban Mobility India Awards organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.Earlier in State Transport Authority, Govt. Of Odisha I was responsible for Social Media & Content management, Customer Grievance management & PublicRelations.Apart from this along with the team I was responsible forProduction of videos/Advertisement, brand activations, event management along with Road Safety awareness on social media, print, electronic media as well as on ground awareness campaigns.Conceptualised and organized National Road Safety Short Film Festival, a first of its kind in the country two years in a row.The festival saw participation of 2300+ citizen from 8 states. A total of 230 shorts films on Road Safety were received in 8 languages.The festival aimed to raise awareness on road safety. Screenings of the top films drew over 10,000 attendees, fostering dialogue and reflection.A commemorative booklet was published to showcase the impactful work and promote safer road environment.It is considered as one of the best practices by Hon'ble Supreme Court Committee for Road Safety.Feel free to reach out on manasat9@gmail.com
