As a dedicated and ambitious engineer, I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Computational Mechanics at Texas A&M University. My academic journey began at BITS Pilani, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2022. The rigorous curriculum at BITS Pilani, coupled with hands-on projects, laid a strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Computational Mechanics, igniting my passion for this specialized field.Recently I had the opportunity to intern at Tesla, working in the Crash Structures Team for 10 months. This experience was pivotal in shaping my expertise in Computational Mechanics, particularly in Explicit and Implicit Finite Element Analysis (FEA). My role involved performing explicit FEA simulations, focusing on a range of crash cases including FMVSS, USNCAP, Euro NCAP, RCAR, and IIHS standards. I became proficient in industry-leading software tools like LS-DYNA, ANSA, and META, which allowed me to contribute to the team’s efforts in advancing vehicle safety and structural integrity.In addition to my time at Tesla, I have developed a broad skill set in various engineering software and tools, including MATLAB, SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS Workbench, Autodesk Fusion 360, and COMSOL Multiphysics. These experiences have not only strengthened my technical acumen but also honed my problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, which are crucial in tackling complex engineering challenges.As I continue to build upon my knowledge and experience, my goal is to deepen my expertise in all major domains of Structural Engineering and Computational Mechanics.
