Job Responsibilities  Responsible for 4G eNB rollout for all three (2300/1800/850Mhz)freq Responsible for vendor team selection and vendor management Responsible for the timely ordering of all equipments and site materials in cooperation with the Logistics Using SAP tool for material reconciliation with the customer (Reliance JIO), prepare MIN for material dispatch , SRN and MRN also. Using Samsung different tools for Project monitoring like site forge/Tera Term/OADF Responsible for Spare Management of DELHI circle additional resposibility Carried out Customer” Acceptance Test” up to Customer’s Satisfaction. Resource Management and project planning.  Imparting training to various personnel’s, Viz. Engineers, vendors and thereby ensuring optimum performance. Coordinates and supports other RF Engineers and Operations Engineers to troubleshoot performance problems resulting from site modifications. Key Knowledge of 4G(LTE)Network Optimization configuration checks, Power settings, Antenna configurations, implemented PCIs, PCI clashes, azimuth, Hand over parameters. LTE KPIs like - Radio networks availability, Session Setup Success rate, RRC/eRAB Setup Success rate, RRC connected user’s/connection attempts, S1 failure, VOLTE/eRAB drop rate, Mute call rate, LTE Handover, Inter X2/S1 handover, intra eNB Handover, CQI report, cell IP throughput, PRB utilization, data volume, packet loss etc. PCI swap, coverage and handover related issue, RRU faults. KPIs to be met RSSI,RSRP,RSRQ,SINR,CQI,PCI,BLER, DL/UL throughput, Latency. Analysis of KPIs Accessibility (RACH issues, multiple RRC connection request etc.), Retain ability (PS drops), Integrity, Mobility, channel Quality/CQI, Interference, PRB utilization related KPIs. Physical Optimization and suggest parametric correction to resolve Intra Enodeb Handover Failure, X2 Handover Failure, RRC Drop and Volte Drop
