Visited firm’s headquarter in New York for five weeks in June 2023 and prepared a time sensitive RFP for a new strategy launched by the firm. This required a detailed understanding of the fund entities, the firm, investor/prospect, and ongoing updates around policies, procedures, etc.• Reviewed various monthly and quarterly reports which serve as either marketing materials for prospective investors or reporting documents for existing investors. Mentored and guided various junior members of the team throughout the process.

This required liaising with multiple stakeholders to create novel content within strict timelines to enable the relationship managers/marketers for fundraising.• Implemented various process improvement projects with the development team to streamline and update the tools leveraged by the IR team. Prioritized various tasks which require automation, did a cost-benefit analysis of such tasks, built validations to eliminate errors, etc.• Prepared and reviewed responses to various Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for investors and/or consultants. This included gathering and analyzing data from firm’s proprietary tools and other third-party tools, and then answering various qualitative questions marketer’s deadlines.• Mentored various junior members of the team through internship projects, project brainstorming, process implementation, etc.

• Prepared, updated, and distributed various monthly and quarterly reports/presentations which serve as either marketing materials for prospective investors or reporting documents for existing investors. These reports intend at providing fund track records, past performances, comparative performances, leverage, risk, and other relevant information.• Built various tools in PowerBI and VBA to streamline tasks for the Investor Relations team. Some of the highlights are:o Developed a MS Word Macro to highlight punctuation errors in a word document with one click. This was also circulated to various teams outside of Investor Relations given its general application.o Created a PowerBI dashboard to facilitate easier and quicker data gathering step in the DDQ and RFP response processes.o Designed a Dynamics dashboards for marketers to facilitate easier summaries of their prospect/client’s transaction history. This resulted in smoother marketing meetings as all the information was available on the fly to the marketer during the meeting.

-Automate the existing data work streams to render them more economic, efficient and reliable. It involved breaking the process into finer streams, automating each individual stream, and finally tying it back all together to create the original stream, which creates the same report in lesser time-Initiate setting up of new data processing streams to cater to requests pertaining to new reports. It outlined gathering requirements from client about the report content, structure, formatting etc and implementing an automated process stream from ground level to generate the requested report-Ensure Quality and Efficiency in existing data processing streams to generate business reports and dashboards. A second layer of automated checks were implemented throughout the process in order to reassure quality

-Analyze the patient level performance of a drug for market screening research for one of the largest pharmaceutical company based in U.S. Compared how our drug is faring in the market with respect to competitors on key performance indicators, to understand how to phase out the drug from the market still making the maximum profit-Restructure the marketing strategy for the drug based on the key performance indicators of the analysis. The major recommendations revolved around pricing and distribution strategy based on data driven insights
